Full description of the position

• Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person
• Present information about company offerings
• Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry.
• Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
• Provide customers with information on any open orders and invoices
• Follow company process accurately and efficiently
• Take payments
• Resolve customer problems and complaints Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:
• selling: 3 years (Required)
• Selling / Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred) Language:
