Director of Sales and Marketing Location: Brentwood, TN (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $110,000-$150,000 annually (commensurate with experience) About ArborPro ArborPro USA is a fast-growing leader in software and field services for urban tree management. We deliver GPS-based tree inventories, tree condition assessments, pest and disease diagnostics, and comprehensive Urban Forest Management Plans to municipalities, utilities, and institutional clients nationwide. As we continue to scale, we are building a high-performance commercial organization to support our growth. Position Overview The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading ArborPro's revenue strategy by developing and executing integrated sales and marketing initiatives. This role oversees sales performance, demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution while working in close partnership with the CEO. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader who can translate vision into measurable commercial results. Success in This Role Will Include * Building a predictable, scalable sales pipeline * Strengthening ArborPro's market positioning in municipal and utility markets * Establishing repeatable demand generation and sales processes * Driving measurable year-over-year revenue growth Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership * Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team * Establish and optimize sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management * Define and track KPIs to improve revenue growth, conversion rates, and sales velocity * Directly contribute to key deals and strategic accounts while building scalable sales infrastructure Marketing Leadership * Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies * Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, content, and channel strategy aligned to sales objectives * Measure campaign performance and ROI Executive Partnership * Partner directly with the CEO on revenue strategy and go-to-market execution Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field * 5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, marketing leadership, or revenue operations * Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills * Experience selling to municipalities, utilities, or institutional clients preferred - any experience in urban forest or landscape sales a plus Equal Employment Opportunity ArborPro USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
