Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and expanding team at Expert Restaurant Supply. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and building relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality recommendations and exceptional service. Responsibilities * Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide expert product information. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities. * Utilize CRM to track sales activities and manage customer accounts. * Utilize phone and email campaigns to promote products and services to existing clients. * Collaborate with team members including outside sales to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or retail floor sales. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and bilingual Spanish. * Familiarity with CRM software and point of sale software. * Ability to develop business relationships and identify customer needs. * Knowledge of restaurant equipment or hospitality industry is beneficial but not required. - We will train the right candidate!
