Remote Commission-Based Sales Role (Pharmaceuticals Industry | Work from Home) Job Overview We are hiring for a remote sales position within the pharmaceuticals industry. This is a commission-based, work-from-home role with flexible hours and full training and support provided. Compensation Based on current team performance, new representatives have the potential to earn $15,000 -$50,000/month within their first six months. This range reflects actual results from team members who consistently follow the process. What We Provide * Full hands-on training via live calls and group chat, led by active team members in the same role * A company-issued phone line through 8x8, used for all client communications to ensure compliance and tracking * Lead lists provided at no cost Responsibilities * Commitment to 100+ outbound calls per day * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective outreach * Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up * Present and explain products to prospective clients * Manage client accounts by providing support and recommending additional solutions when appropriate * Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify sales opportunities * Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using the company's shared reporting system * Take part in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills Schedule * Monday through Friday * Holidays off * Flexibility in working hours, as long as daily activity targets are consistently met What You 'll Need * A laptop or desktop computer * Headset * A phone * A strong willingness to learn and apply a proven, compliant outreach strategy Why Join Us?
