Roofing Sales Representative Pauly Construction Co. -- Lexington, KY Compensation: Commission-Based | Typical first-year earnings: $60,000-$75,000 | Top performers with prior sales experience exceed $100K Pauly Construction Co. is expanding and looking for reliable, self-directed individuals to help homeowners identify roof damage and guide them through the restoration process. This is a commission-based position with a flexible schedule and structured training. What This Role Involves * Canvassing designated neighborhoods to identify potential roofing needs * Initiating contact with homeowners and providing basic education on storm damage and insurance processes * Scheduling interior/exterior inspections (performed by our certified inspector) * Supporting homeowners through the claim and project process * Maintaining consistent communication and building long-term client relationships What We Provide * Dedicated inspector -- no climbing required * Training on product knowledge, insurance basics, and sales processes * Weekly check-ins, mentorship, and performance guidance * Flexible schedule and autonomy in daily planning * Weekly incentives and uncapped commission structure What We 're Looking For * Reliable, professional, and integrity-driven individuals * Comfortable speaking with homeowners and initiating conversations * Organized and able to manage follow-up and documentation via our Canvass & Acculynx CRM. * Competitive, coachable, and consistent in daily activity * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * No previous roofing or sales experience required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
