Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Oversee Clienteling efforts and weekly communication with customers.
• Perform social media, instagram marketing: posting inventory, clienteling with customers, posting advertisements promoting store promos and events.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer engagement.
• Contribute to receiving, processing shipment and placement on the sales floor not limited to Furniture, lighting, rugs, and housewares merchandise.
• Ensure that all customer interactions reflect the company's commitment to outstanding service.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating others.
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
