Internet Sales Manager / Desk Manager Boutique Luxury & Highline Automotive Over 30 Years in Business Location: Nashville, TN Reports To: General Manager / Dealer Principal Position Overview We are a boutique luxury automotive dealership with over 30 years in business , known for a high-integrity reputation, premium inventory, and a relationship-driven sales culture. We are seeking a polished, driven Internet Sales Manager / Desk Manager to lead, desk, and scale a high- performing luxury sales operation. This role is ideal for a proven closer and desk professional who thrives in a refined, highline environment and understands how to blend CRM discipline, leadership, and hands-on deal-closing. You will oversee 6 -8 sales professionals, manage inbound and outbound internet leads, desk deals, and play a key role in onboarding, training, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Desking * Desk and structure deals with a focus on gross, efficiency, and customer experience * Actively assist in closing deals and overcoming objections * Protect brand reputation while maximizing performance * Set daily, weekly, and monthly expectations Internet Sales & CRM Management * Own and manage the CRM end-to-end (lead flow, follow-up, accountability) * Enforce best-in-class response times and follow-up standards * Track lead performance, close rates, and pipeline health * Train and hold the team accountable to CRM discipline Team Leadership & Onboarding * Lead, coach, and manage a team of 6 -8 luxury sales professionals * Onboard new hires with structured training and clear expectations * Conduct regular one-on-ones, deal reviews, and performance coaching * Build a culture of urgency, professionalism, and accountability Customer Experience * Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level buying experience * Handle escalated customer situations with poise and confidence * Ensure every interaction reflects a boutique luxury brand built over decades Ideal Candidate Profile * 3+ years as an Internet Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or Sales Manager * Highline / luxury automotive experience a strong plus * Proven closer with strong desking and deal-structuring skills * Polished, professional, and customer-focused * Highly organized with strong CRM and follow-up systems * Competitive, driven, and comfortable leading from the desk What We Offer * Established boutique luxury dealership with over 30 years of success * Premium inventory and strong lead flow * High-autonomy leadership role with visibility * Competitive compensation with significant upside * Long-term growth opportunity within a stable organization Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
