• Partner with your Branch Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Explore sales leads identified by your branches recruitment team.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, networking, and social media channels
• Set up meetings with prospective clients through value add communication
• Participate in social and industry events on behalf of our company
• Work with Executives in regards to goal tracking, sale tracking, and prospect development.
