Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our dealership team at Tucson Used Auto Center. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about automobiles and customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in dealership environments or retail sales is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Multilingual abilities are a plus, allowing us to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Duties * Engage with customers both in-person and via outbound calls to identify their automotive needs and preferences * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and B2B sales to expand our customer base * Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and persuasively * Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction * Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (Dealer Center) to track leads, follow-ups, and closing activities * Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, or service packages to enhance customer value * Assist in inventory management and control to ensure availability of high-demand models * Provide ongoing sales support by maintaining strong relationships with client's post-sale for future business opportunities * Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Skills * Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales environments, with dealership experience preferred * Strong outside sales skills including cold calling and B2B sales strategies * Excellent negotiation abilities with a focus on high-end sales and upselling techniques * Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer information * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer demographics effectively (NEED ENGLISH-SPANISH SPEAKERS) * Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities * Organizational skills to manage inventory control, retail math, and overall sales operations efficiently * Knowledge of automotive inventory management systems and inventory control processes * Strong understanding of marketing strategies related to automotive retailing * Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Used Automotive Sales Associate to leverage your sales expertise while providing outstanding service in a professional setting.
