This is a commission-only position, which is ideal for unlimited earning potential. Sales experience is a plus, but we value attitude, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people above all else. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Listen to customer needs and guide them to the best vehicle options
• Create a pressure-free buying experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Represent University Auto Center with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only role
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
• Ability to thrive in a rural, community-based environment
• Valid drivers license
• Permanent resident of Kittitas County (Required)
