Requirements: Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). * Previous sales experience in automotive, RV, or retail sales is advantageous. * Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction and sales success. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
