Position: Inside Sales & Marketing Representative Employer: Manufacturing Company Location: Anaheim, CA Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: CEO Classification: Non-Exempt $70,000-85,000 Shift: Full-Time, Standard Business Hours 8:00am - 4:30pm (with some travel required) Compensation: DOE 1. Job Summary The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative will support the company's business development efforts by identifying new sales opportunities, researching market trends, assisting with trade show preparation, and building strong client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, marketing experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver signage solutions tailored to client needs. 2. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sales Development * Identify prospective customers through business directories, client referrals, trade shows, and conferences * Provide clients with information regarding pricing, availability, and credit terms * Consult with clients to understand signage needs and deliver tailored solutions * Support clients after sales/contracts by resolving issues and providing ongoing service Marketing & Research * Utilize market research to identify sales opportunities and monitor competitors' pricing and activity * Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and leadership regarding market conditions * Research successful past campaigns and propose new strategies to improve outreach and growth Business Development Support * Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing trade shows and industry events * Provide updated reports to the CEO on sales budgets, records, and prospective clients * Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients Other Duties * Support management with additional tasks as assigned 3. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Minimum 1 year sales experience (signage industry experience a plus) * Minimum 2 years marketing experience * Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills to meet sales goals * Service-oriented mindset with commitment to client satisfaction * Willingness to travel occasionally 4.
