Job Title: Sales Representative - Abettor Brewing Company Location: Winchester, KY + Travel Pay: Based on experience + commission & Milage. Job Type: Full-Time Are you a passionate beer enthusiast with a knack for sales? Join our dynamic team at one of Central Kentucky's fastest growing brewery, Abettor Brewing Company as a Sales Representative, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to promote and sell our exceptional craft beers to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities: - Actively prospect and acquire new clients within designated territories to expand our customer base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. - Develop a deep understanding of our craft beer portfolio, including flavor profiles, ingredients, and brewing processes, to effectively educate and engage potential clients. - Conduct persuasive sales presentations, tastings, and product demonstrations to showcase our craft beers and highlight their unique selling points. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, such as brochures and presentations, to support sales efforts. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery to clients. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the brewery and network with potential clients. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverage industry or related field. - Passion for craft beer and strong knowledge of beer styles, brewing techniques, and industry trends. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of our craft beers to clients. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and drive sales growth. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
