European Wax Center is looking for a Guest Service Associate to join our front desk team! Position Overview As a Guest Service Associate, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere while handling check- ins, check-outs, scheduling, membership sales, and product education. Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor are key to success in this role. Pay Structure Starting Pay: $16 per hour Bonus Opportunities: * Bi-weekly Wax Pass Bonus based on sales performance: $50-$550 * Retail Conversion Bonus based on center metrics (bi-weekly) * Eligibility requires working a minimum of 3 shifts per week with no call-outs.
