The Inside Sales Associate on our Zero Team is responsible for turning open conversations into completed work; following up on service tickets, estimates, inbound leads, and unsold recommendations. This role is all about proactive follow-up, clear communication, and helping customers move forward with the right solution. You'll work closely with dispatch, field technicians, and leadership to make sure customers feel taken care of and revenue is protected. If you're confident on the phone, motivated by results, and enjoy closing while doing right by the customer, you'll fit in well here! What You 'll Do * Call customers with open service tickets, estimates, and recommendations. * Follow up on unsold or deferred work and close outstanding opportunities. * Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked and sold jobs. * Clearly explain services, pricing, and financing options in a way customers understand. * Handle objections professionally and confidently. * Document all conversations, outcomes, and next steps accurately in the CRM. * Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth scheduling and execution. * Hit (and exceed) individual and team sales goals. * Track reasons opportunities weren't closed and share insights with leadership. * Support Zero Team efforts focused on revenue recovery, efficiency, and customer experience. How You 'll Be Measured * Conversion rates on open tickets and estimates. * Revenue closed through follow-up and outbound calls. * Speed to contact and consistency of follow-up. * Customer satisfaction and call quality. * Accuracy and completeness of CRM documentation. What We 're Looking For * Previous phone-based sales or inside sales experience required. * Strong, confident phone presence. * Proven ability to close and work through objections. * Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Organized, dependable, and strong with follow-up. * Experience with CRM systems preferred. * Home services, trades, roofing, garage doors, or similar experience is a plus. * Financing or lending experience is a strong plus.
