If you're confident, smart, dependable and insurance-licensed (bonus if you're bilingual in English and Spanish!), this could be your dream role. We want a high policy and premium producer who's friendly, consistent and genuinely inspired by the work we do. Bonus points if you treat everyone with real respect. You'll be the go-to expert, guiding customers through their options, making the process smooth and turning those sales skills into steady income while doing good and growing alongside my business. What you 'll be up to: * Chatting with customers about life insurance and finding the best fit for them * Helping with applications and claims like a pro * Breaking down plans and options in a way that actually makes sense * Keeping everything above board with the latest rules and regulations What we 're looking for: * You know your life insurance stuff (or you're ready to learn fast!) * You've got solid sales and people skills because relationships matter * Bonus points if you've sold life insurance before * Fluent in English and Spanish is a huge plus!
