Our company is seeking a professional, personable Entry Level Sales Trainee to join our team in Westminster. You will be responsible for driving AT&T wireless acquisitions and mastering the art of the close in an engaging customer environment. This is a commission-based role designed for those who thrive under pressure and aim to be at the top of the leaderboard every single day. Entry Level Sales Trainee Responsibilities * Engage directly with decision makers by initiating conversations to promote and sell AT&T wireless services. * Deliver high-impact sales presentations tailored to individual consumer needs and technology preferences. * Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets by sharpening sales techniques and applying feedback from leadership to drive territory growth. * Maintain an expert-level understanding of AT&T's wireless plans, devices, and promotions through ongoing product training and competitive analysis. * Outpace local competition by identifying new prospects and converting opportunities into long-term AT&T customers. * Proactively approach interactions with a personable, professional demeanor to maximize customer engagement. * Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately to ensure proper follow-up and performance tracking. * Participate in daily meetings to refine sales messaging, review performance metrics, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
