We serve multiple markets--including wholesale & retail partners, direct-to-consumer, corporate gifting, events, catering, and custom orders--giving our sales team a wide range of opportunities to generate revenue. Our chocolates stand out in quality, presentation, and customer experience--making them an easy sell to boutiques, retailers, cafes, hotels, schools, gifting companies, and more. Overview We are seeking a self-driven, energetic Account Executive specializing in Premium Chocolate Sales, where your passion for high-quality confections and exceptional customer service will drive our brand's growth. In this energetic role, you will cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, develop new business opportunities, and showcase the irresistible appeal of our premium chocolates. You will have access to an operational staff to assist and guide you to succeed. Your enthusiasm and strategic approach will help us expand our reach into new markets and strengthening relationships. Who We 're Looking For * Motivated self-starters and confident communicators who enjoy selling and excited to grow with a fast-rising chocolate brand * Individuals with experience in sales, retail, or hospitality (preferred but not required) * People comfortable with cold outreach and building relationship * Organized individuals who can manage leads and follow-ups in a CRM Responsibilities * Engage with prospective and existing clients through warm calling, meetings, sampling, presentations, and social media outreach to promote our premium chocolate offering. * Introduce and sell products to wholesale&retail accounts including corporate gifting, events, catering, and custom projects * Negotiate terms and close deals that align with client needs while maximizing revenue potential * Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns that highlight product features and benefits * Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities * Work independently while setting your own schedule and sales approach Compensation and Benefits: * Commission on every order you bring in (including repeat business) * Unlimited earning potential (no cap) * Support, guidance, and sales materials to help you succeed * Flexible schedule--work when and how you want * A growing brand with strong demand and increasing opportunities Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: On the roadMaple St Management
