Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and resilient Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team, specializing in promoting various maintenance services to a wide range of commercial clients. As a key player in expanding our client base, you'll target facilities such as restaurants, airports, office buildings, schools, and other commercial properties across Southern California and beyond. In this job, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a positive impact on our customers' experiences. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation * Present service features and benefits clearly, demonstrating enthusiasm to inspire customer interest * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business * Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment * Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits to build rapport and close deals * Must reside in Southern California (San Diego, Orange County, or Los Angeles) * Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently * Travel extensively by car throughout Southern California, with occasional flights to neighboring cities and states such as San Francisco, Phoenix, and Las Vegas * Maintain constant availability via phone to respond to client inquiries and opportunities around the clock * Utilize a company-provided iPad for managing leads, tracking sales, and communicating with the team * Professional appearance with adherence to a strict dress code: collared shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes Skills * Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist and connect with people * Energetic, charming, outgoing, ambitious, personable, willing to learn, and trustworthy personality * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Basic understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge development * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed * A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning new products and sales strategies * High resilience and ability to handle rejection without discouragement If you're a motivated self-starter ready to turn leads into loyal clients, apply today.
