Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed throughout their shopping experience. * Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions. * Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies. * Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed. * Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions effectively and ensure accuracy in pricing. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or directing calls appropriately. * Assist in supervising junior staff members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. * Provide bilingual support when necessary to assist a diverse customer base.
