Field Appointment Setter (Phoenix Metro)Job Overview We are hiring Field Appointment Setters to work directly in Phoenix-area residential neighborhoods. This is an on-the-road, outdoor role where you will speak with homeowners and set qualified appointments for our sales team. This is not a phone, remote, or office position. You will be working face- to-face in assigned neighborhoods using a simple, proven approach. If you enjoy being active, talking with people, and getting paid based on performance, this role is a strong fit. Responsibilities * Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods within the Phoenix metro area * Speak with homeowners and identify interest * Set qualified appointments for the sales team (no selling or closing required) * Follow a simple script and appointment guidelines * Accurately log appointments and basic details * Represent the company professionally in the field Compensation * $18 -$30 per qualified appointment set * Appointments are paid weekly * Bonuses are paid monthly for appointments that result in completed sales * No cap on earnings The hourly range shown on Indeed reflects average earnings based on production. This role is performance-based and not a guaranteed hourly position.Schedule * Full-time (30-40 hours per week) * Flexible schedule within assigned canvassing hours * No daily office location What This Role Is NOT * Not remote * Not phone-based * Not inside sales * Not a sit-down office job This is field-based, door-to-door outreach.
