Simpson Automotive has been in business since 1951, and we are hiring Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our Garden Grove location. No experience necessary we will train potential candidates. Responsibilities: * Present vehicle features, model options, purchase and finance options, and store services to customers * Facilitate customer test drives * Ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty * Communicate effectively in-person and over the phone to discover the customer's wants and needs * Provide exceptional service throughout the customer's experience * Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers * Maintains high CSI (Customer Service Index) a MUST * Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories * Build and maintain current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions * Prepare vehicles for customer pickup * Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot Required: * Valid state issued driver's license, and a clean driving record * A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service * Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * A professional appearance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
