Requirements - Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role. - Excellent sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus. - Ability to provide outstanding customer service. - Knowledge of sales support techniques to assist customers throughout the buying process. - Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures. - Proficiency in public speaking to present information effectively.
