Due to increased demand Lexus of Watertown is looking for a TOP NOTCH CSI Sales Consultant to provide a guest experience that is PARAMOUNT. The best of the best! Our Sales Consultants are responsible for using a consultative, customer- focused approach to selling automobiles by performing the following duties: * Be attentive to customers to provide the best vehicle options to suit their needs. * Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle and equipment options. * Complete quotes and explain financing options. * Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features. * Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle. * Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate a life lasting customer relationship. Requirements: You must be professional, motivated, a team player, reliable, organized and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
