We are currently looking for a motivated member to join our Business Development Center. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. As an Automotive BDC Representative , you will be directly responsible for monitoring following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required. Responsibilities * Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments for sales departments * Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and email to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and want to build a career as a BDC representative working with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you.
