We are currently seeking 3-5 motivated and competitive individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. Position Overview As an Entry Level Sales Representative at Bazaria, Inc., you will begin with hands-on training and work closely with our team to support and execute client sales campaigns. Your role involves engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and generating new business for our clients. What You 'll Be Doing * Engage with customers face-to-face in retail and in-store environments to promote client products and services. * Present current promotional offers and marketing materials to prospective customers. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering appropriate solutions. * Meet and exceed weekly individual and team sales goals. * Participate in team meetings to review progress, strategy, and client feedback. * Increase brand awareness and generate new leads within the local market. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and consumers. Salary & Compensation * Hourly Base Pay: Guaranteed hourly wage. * Bonuses & Commission: Uncapped, performance-based bonuses and commissions paid weekly.
