* Identify and qualify new business leads for automotive service solutions, including maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement. * Conduct outreach through cold calling, emails, networking, and industry events to engage potential clients such as dealerships, fleet operators, and individual customers. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within assigned regions or markets. * Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Act as the primary point of contact for service inquiries and provide timely, accurate information about our service offerings. * Assist in understanding customer needs and effectively communicate how our services can meet those needs. * Promote the company's automotive service solutions, including value-added services and new service packages. * Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns aimed at growing the service business. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into active customers. * Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new service opportunities and areas for improvement. * Share market insights and customer needs with the business development team to help refine service offerings and marketing strategies. * Address customer service inquiries and follow up on leads and quotes. * Assist customers in understanding pricing, available services, and terms to help them make informed purchasing decisions. * Work closely with the service operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system. * Provide regular reports on sales performance, leads, opportunities, and customer feedback to management. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing your automotive sales expertise. Additionally, your relevant skills in inventory management and marketing will contribute to achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive environment.
