Retail Sales Representative Location Las Vegas Nevada Hourly $14-$17 Full time and part time Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our in-store team. In this role, you will be inside high-traffic retail locations, engage with customers, and help them find the best energy plans for their needs. No prior sales experience required--we provide all training! Key Responsibilities: -Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner. -Explain services and match customers with the most suitable plan. -Maintain in-store displays and materials for customer use. -Meet daily/weekly sales goals with support from your team and manager. -Accurately complete all customer documentation and transactions. -Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times. Qualifications : -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Must be 18 years or older. -Comfortable working in a retail environment. -Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and product offerings. -Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store. -Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
