Now, we're searching for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Outside Sales Lead Coordinator to represent us inside major retail stores across key metro Nashville areas. If you're outgoing, driven, and ready to grow in a role with strong earnings potential--this is for you. * What You'll Do * Engage with customers in-store and generate qualified leads * Meet with homeowners onsite to discuss products, plans, and next steps * Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of our brand * Communicate with technicians, coordinators, and sales teams to keep jobs moving smoothly * Provide customers and contractors with proper documentation for installations * Attend home shows, networking events, and company functions * Identify sales opportunities and close new business * Present product options clearly and confidently * Help customers solve problems, choose solutions, and understand pricing * Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and activity logs * Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy * Support the Marietta office when not traveling * Perform additional duties as needed--every day is different!
