Overview We are seeking a commission-only Sales Representative to represtent Murcielago Blanco Tequila in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for a driven self- starter with experience in spirits, wine, beer, or hospitality sales who thrives in an entrepreneurial environement. Your will be in constant contact with the Sales Manager for Murcielago Spirits LLC. Must be at least 21 years of age with valid Identification and reliable traspertation. Compensation * 15% straight commission on all sales * No cap on earnings * Paid as a 1099 independent contractor * Earning directly tied to perfromance and territory growth Duties * Engage in outside sales activities by visiting potential clients and conducting product demonstrations to showcase value propositions. * Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company's footprint within assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster loyalty. * Identify new leads through cold calling, networking events, and market research, transforming prospects into loyal customers. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives. * Conduct territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and technical sales environments. * Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Expertise in marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement efforts. * Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce for tracking sales pipelines and customer interactions. * Excellent communication skills for product demos, presentations, and customer service interactions. * Ability to perform analysis of market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. * Skilled in territory management, inside sales techniques, and retail or direct sales approaches. * Competence in upselling products or services by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
