We're seeking motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our fast-paced live commerce team as Livestream Hosts. This role is onsite at our Linthicum Heights, Maryland office and is ideal for someone who thrives on camera, enjoys engaging with a live audience, and is excited to work in the world of collectibles. Whether you're already familiar with card breaks, comics, and collectibles--or eager to learn--we're looking for hosts who can bring collectibles to life in an entertaining and interactive way. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Part- time roles are typically around 20 hours per week, while full-time roles may range up to 40 hours per week. All new hires should expect up to 40 hours during the first 1-2 weeks for training and onboarding. Key Responsibilities * Host live auctions and on-screen "rip" or "break" sessions for collectible and mystery items, bringing strong energy, charisma, and excitement to a highly engaged live audience * Engage viewers in real time while presenting, explaining, and selling products across categories such as Comics, Funko, Thrilljoy, Handmade by Robots, Sports & Trading Cards, TCG, and more * Adapt hosting and sales strategies to platform-specific best practices across Whatnot, TikTok Live, and eBay Live, with a strong focus on engagement, audience growth, and sales performance * Prepare and run smooth live broadcasts, including product setup, audio/video checks, and maintaining a professional streaming experience * Serve as on-camera talent and brand representative for 7BAP live commerce initiatives, including events and conventions * Contribute to marketing assets such as photos, videos, and thumbnails using your personal likeness * Provide post-stream summaries and insights, including audience feedback, performance highlights, and opportunities for improvement Qualifications * You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and can quickly learn new tools, platforms, and technologies * You understand this is a sales-focused role and are comfortable actively selling products on camera * You are eager to learn the collectibles market, including product details, pricing, and buyer behavior * You have a genuine interest in collectibles such as Comics, TCGs, Apparel, Sports Memorabilia, and Trading Cards * You bring confident on-camera presence, high energy, and strong storytelling skills * You are collaborative, flexible, and enjoy working with co-hosts and special guests * Evening and weekend availability is required for all roles. Streaming shifts are typically scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, with start times between 4:00-6:00 PM and end times ranging from 10:00 PM-2:00 AM, depending on the streaming category * You can occasionally support extended livestream hours when needed, e.g., May the 4th, Pokemon Anniversary, San Diego Comic Con week (communicated in advance) * Prior breaking or live selling experience is a plus, but not required -hunger, personality, and hustle matter more.
