Our team helps national clients, like AT&T Wireless, expand their reach through tailored outreach strategies that strengthen brand loyalty, enhance customer satisfaction, and generate long-term growth. As we take on a new expansion project with AT&T Wireless, we're looking for driven and adaptable Junior Account Managers who are ready to elevate our team and help us push performance to the next level. In this role, you will represent AT&T Wireless by providing customized product and service recommendations, managing customer accounts, and supporting the rollout of new compliance and service initiatives. You'll play a key part in shaping the customer experience--ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and reinforces long-lasting brand loyalty. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, brings a solutions-first mindset, and has a strong interest in developing into a leadership role as our team continues to grow. Junior Account Manager Responsibilities: * Serve as a key point of contact for customers by assisting with order inquiries, service eligibility updates, tracking information, and billing questions. * Uphold Relentless' communication standards by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism, patience, and care at all times. * Collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales Manager to prioritize orders, resolve customer claims, and identify solutions for challenges within sales, service, or compliance operations. * Cross-train across multiple functions to manage every stage of the customer journey--from initial interaction through order fulfillment, delivery, and installation support. * Work alongside the Junior Customer Account Department Manager to participate in and help lead hiring efforts, onboarding procedures, and training for new team members. * Continuously research industry best practices and emerging trends to develop improved customer service strategies and ensure we consistently deliver top-tier support. Requirements and Desired Experience: * Bachelor's degree is preferred, however, will consider the applicable experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role * Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office * Previous experience working with a POS system, or demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly * Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, team setting * Demonstrated ability to thoroughly communicate plans, ideas and problems in a clear and concise manner * High caliber communication and interpersonal skills Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,850.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) * Professional development assistance Work Location: In personConfidential
