Job Title: Sales Associate Location: Millersville, MD or Baltimore City, MD (In-Person) Compensation: Performance-Based Contract (ask about guarantees for $30,000 within first 90 days) Job Type: Full-time (Monday- Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM) Overview: MWE is seeking a driven and committed Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is designed for an individual looking to get involved with the Health & Life Insurance market. Ideal candidates are ready to elevate their income potential through a performance-based compensation model. In this role, you will be responsible for helping small business owners and their employees secure valuable permanent life insurance with long-term care benefits (no medical underwriting) focused on Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City/County, and Howard County area. Compensation Structure: Compensation includes commission-backed earnings with a performance-backed income guarantee during the initial ramp-up period. Sales Associates who are successfully onboarded are projected to earn at least $30,000 within their first 90 days. Skills & Qualifications: * Excellent communication and consultative sales skills * Strong work ethic and discipline in meeting daily and weekly activity metrics * Experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or insurance is a strong plus but not mandatory * Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus but not mandatory Responsibilities: * Conduct outreach to business' daily using MWE lead system * Log Daily Activity & Notes into MWE lead system * Set appointments with Decision Makers & enroll businesses and their employees in insurance products * Attend all training sessions with our staff trainer * Work Full Time Hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM) during 13 week ramp up period.
