What You 'll Do As our Landscape Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them envision and plan their ideal outdoor space. You'll: * Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets. * Present creative design solutions and proposals that align with client goals. * Develop project estimates and close sales with confidence and professionalism. * Partner with our design and field teams to ensure a seamless transition from concept to completion. * Build lasting client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business. * Stay current on industry trends, new products, and design innovations. * Represent LMG Services at a high level, building trust through honesty and follow-through. What We 're Looking For * Experience in sales (landscaping, home services, or related field preferred). * Knowledge of landscape design, plants, and outdoor living trends (or strong willingness to learn). * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to listen, build rapport, and create solutions tailored to clients. * Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. * Strong organizational skills--able to juggle multiple projects at once. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
