Follow up with leads promptly and manage ongoing communication throughout the sales cycle. Retain existing clients through regular reviews, policy renewals, and proactive upselling/cross-selling when appropriate. Policy Advising & Sales Execution Explain insurance coverages, terms, and options in a clear and compliant manner to help clients make informed decisions. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and insurance solutions tailored to client needs. Process applications, endorsements, and policy changes accurately and efficiently. Compliance & Documentation Maintain thorough and organized records of all client interactions, quotes, and policy documentation. Follow all insurance regulations, agency standards, and carrier guidelines. Protect sensitive client information and uphold confidentiality at all times. Collaboration & Professional Development Work closely with agency leaders, account managers, and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience. Attend training sessions and carrier workshops to stay updated on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends. Contribute to team goals, share best practices, and participate in marketing or outreach initiatives.
