Senior Sales Representative High-End Residential | Natural Stone & Porcelain Location: Southern California (Anaheim / San Diego) We are a leading natural stone and tile company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in premium materials and custom-cut projects. Our curated selection and direct importing set us apart, making us the go-to source for high-end residential and commercial designs. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to help us grow our presence in the high-end residential market. This role is built around relationship-driven sales, long-term account development, and real project execution. The ideal candidate already works closely with contractors, interior designers, architects, or similar professionals involved in high-end residential projects and is able to activate those relationships into new opportunities. Industry-specific experience in natural stone or porcelain is not required. What matters is credibility, access, and trust within the right customer segment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of high-end residential clients - Leverage existing relationships to develop new project opportunities - Act as a consultative partner throughout the project lifecycle - Provide commercial and technical guidance with internal team support - Maintain clear follow-ups, next actions, and disciplined account management - Collaborate with showroom, operations, and logistics to deliver a premium customer experience Profile We 're Looking For - Senior-level B2B sales experience in the high-end residential market - An existing portfolio of active relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, or similar decision-makers - Ability to activate relationships into real, ongoing project work - Comfortable managing complex accounts and long sales cycles - Strong organization, accountability, and follow-up discipline - Consultative mindset focused on value, not transactional selling Experience in natural stone, porcelain, or building materials is a plus --but not required. Relationship quality and market access are essential.
