What You 'll Do As Director of Sales, you will: * Lead the hotel's sales strategy across corporate, group, and transient segments * Develop team goals, manage performance, and implement incentive programs * Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure sales goals align with guest experience standards * Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, local businesses, and community partners * Utilize brand sales systems and tools to manage leads and reporting * Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and local community initiatives * Work closely with sales support teams to maximize brand-driven opportunities What You Bring * 5+ years of hotel sales leadership, preferably with Hilton or Marriott brands * Expertise in Marriott systems such as CI/TY, MARSHA, and OneSource (preferred) * Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed market share goals * Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills * Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership * Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities * Passion for hospitality, team development, and local community engagement Why You'll Love Working With Us We believe great work deserves great rewards.
