Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Your ability to build relationships and drive sales will be key to your success in this role. No experience needed. Your base salary will be $37,000 a year, paid weekly. In addition, you will be eligible for a commission of 20 cents per linear foot sold, calculated monthly. You are able to make up to $80,000 annually in salary plus commission, after meeting the monthly goal. Duties * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide exceptional service. * Visit housing communities to look for new jobs. * Drive to surrounding areas (up to 120 mile radius) for sales calls. * Become educated on different types of fences. * Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. * Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by answering questions and addressing concerns. * Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. * Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. Qualifications * Previous experience in sales or customer service is not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. * Ability to work flexible hours. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. * A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. * Clean driving record. * Able to pass a background and drug test.
