Duties * Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate interest in RVs and related family activities * Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match customers with the ideal RV options that suit their lifestyle and budget * Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and family-friendly amenities to excite and inform potential buyers * Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software, tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals with professionalism * Negotiate pricing, financing options, and add-on services to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets * Upsell accessories, maintenance packages, and additional features to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue * Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure availability of popular models and maintain accurate records of stock levels * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions promptly, maintaining phone etiquette, and supporting clients throughout their purchasing journey Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales in a competitive marketplace * Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases effectively * Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships * Previous dealership or retail sales experience is preferred, especially involving inventory management and inventory control processes * Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening to engage customers confidently * Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing calculations, discounts, and profit margins * Organizational skills necessary for cold calling campaigns, marketing initiatives, and maintaining detailed sales records Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for family fun meets your talent for sales!
