Our agency proudly serves customers across Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia, helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Work from Home Requirements What Were Looking For: * MUST live in DE, MD, DC, or VA * Confident communicator with a passion for helping others. * MUST _be Licensed in Property & Casualty_**(Life license is a plus). * Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. * Sales experience or customer service background is helpful but not required. Responsibilities What You'll Do: * Educate clients on a variety of insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life. * Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, marketing, and networking. * Build lasting relationships with clients through expert guidance and exceptional service. * Stay compliant with state regulations across DE, MD, DC, and VA.
