We currently specialize in roll off dumpsters and portable toilet rentals. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the waste management industry, and a passion for delighting the customer, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and build a team of dedicated sales professionals around you to drive the business forward. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Greater Boston area. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. * Collaborate operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the waste management or environmental services industry. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * In-depth knowledge of the waste management industry, including regulations, market trends, and best practices. * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel within the Greater Boston area as needed.
