Responsibilities * Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach. * Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate health and life insurance plans. * Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure favorable agreements for clients while meeting company standards. * Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or benefits administration. * Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information. * Utilize multilingual skills to serve diverse client populations effectively. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly. * Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. * Experience in sales administration, marketing, or benefits administration is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and customer service best practices. * Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
