We're seeking a driven Sales professional to join our team to drive new business opportunities and grow our client base. Join our growing team as a IT Sales Representative and help businesses across Illinois protect their people and assets with state-of-the-art physical security solutions. In this role, you 'll work directly with businesses to provide custom-designed systems including surveillance cameras, alarms, access control, and integrated security technologies. Responsibilities of a successful Security Systems Sales Representative include: * Serving clients (B2B) by selling Physical Security Solutions; including security cameras, alarms, access control, sensors, and more. * Cold calling and prospecting * Scheduling and conducting client meetings * Establish and expand client accounts * Providing tailored security solutions that meet the needs of clients and prospects by: -Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their security needs -Conducting site assessments with Security Solutions Engineering Team -Collaborating with Security Solutions Engineering Team to design and scale security systems that meet client and prospect requirements -Preparing sales presentations -Keeping management informed by submitting regular reports -Maintaining accurate sales funnel forecasts -Maintaining CRM and customer databases, ensuring they are up to date -Gaining a deep understanding of our Physical Security Solutions, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, alarms, and integrated security technologies -Maintain industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing business networks -Attends trade shows and takes required learning courses Benefits: * Basic ITS pays for 50% of the medical, vision, and dental premiums to help offset the team member cost * 401(k) - Basic ITS contributes 3% of employees' annual salary, regardless of what was contributed into the account on the employee's behalf * Base salary & unlimited commission * Life insurance - 100% paid for by Basic ITS * Variable profit sharing * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Health insurance - 6 different UHC plans to choose from * Health savings account * Flexible spending accounts * PTO * Paid Holidays * Company vehicle to use during working hours Job Type: Full-time, in-person Schedule: * 8 hour shift, 8am-4:30pm With the willingness to attend after hour networking events, client meetings, and company client events Pay: $40,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) 3% Match * Company car * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
