Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, providing knowledgeable information about products and services. * Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible to customers. * Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer engagement. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. * Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. * Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and stockrooms. Skills * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. * Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately. * Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions. * Capable of stocking products efficiently while ensuring proper product placement. * Willingness to engage in product demos to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
