Sales Associate - StretchLab Powell Part-Time - Early Evening| Hourly + Commission | Must Work on Saturday's Who We Are At StretchLab , we believe movement is freedom. What You 'll Do As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact and the face of StretchLab. From the first phone call to the first stretch, you'll shape the client journey and drive results through exceptional service and strong sales acumen. Sales & Membership Growth * Make 50+ daily outbound calls to follow up with leads and re-engage past prospects * Conduct high-energy studio tours and intro sessions that educate, inspire, and convert * Close sales for memberships and packages, emphasizing long-term value and wellness goals * Overcome objections with empathy and product knowledge, positioning StretchLab as a vital solution * Upsell retail products and enhanced services aligned with client recovery and performance needs Client Experience & Studio Operations * Create a consistently welcoming and polished experience for every guest * Manage front desk operations: check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, and follow-ups * Collaborate with Flexologists and studio management to ensure smooth daily flow * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area * Use CRM systems (ClubReady or similar) to manage leads, track KPIs, and document client interactions Marketing & Community Outreach * Support local wellness events, community pop-ups, and open houses to drive traffic * Participate in social media efforts and promotional campaigns to attract and convert leads * Serve as a visible brand ambassador in Powell and surrounding communities Who You Are * You have sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based industries (studio, gym, spa, medspa, chiropractic, PT, etc.) * You're comfortable on the phone and excel in outbound calling and follow-ups * You're a confident closer who truly believes in StretchLab's mission and services * You bring a high level of emotional intelligence , authenticity, and customer focus * You're organized, tech-savvy , and thrive on hitting KPIs and tracking results * You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * You're available 20 -25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day What You 'll Get * Hourly pay + commission * Free and discounted stretch sessions to support your own wellness journey * Growth opportunities within a national brand on the rise * A supportive, team-focused culture that celebrates wellness, community, and results Ready to Help Powell Move and Feel Better --Every Day?
