Full description of the position

Job Summary The Senior Specialist, Programmatic Partnerships role will support the management of a portfolio of revenue partnerships for Spectrum Reach's National Sales organization and lead key business/sales operations initiatives such as reporting, demand quality management, and overall platform integration integrity. This role's focus will be multifaceted spanning partner management, go-to- market, and sales operations. Go-to-market efforts include supporting a growing book of business consisting of revenue partnerships across SSPs (e.g. platform-specific marketplaces, SSP-sourced demand), DSPs, retail media networks, and other revenue-driving technology partners (e.g. managed-service principle buying platforms, data vendors, ad exchanges). The second focus area is to lead the internal infrastructure development required for phased scaling of programmatic business, including sales reporting, demand quality management, and rollout of new monetization capabilities. How You'll Make an Impact Sales Operations & Demand Generation * Surpass set revenue goals * Promote Spectrum Reach's value proposition through market awareness initiatives and proactive sharing of sales collateral * Develop and maintain partner scorecards highlighting key value propositions * Collaborate with Direct Sales on lead generation by leveraging partners and sharing insights from indirect channels Deal Generation and Management * Manage programmatic marketplace intake requests and quality assurance with ad operations and yield teams * Oversee deal activation and ongoing management, communicate parameters, monitor deals, and escalate issues to support teams Reporting & Analytics * Lead programmatic sales reporting across SSPs and internal dashboards, audit data integrity with Business Intelligence * Partner with Yield to analyze inventory utilization and recommend revenue optimizations * Gather feedback from dashboard users, relay needs to BI, and track reporting improvement progress * Train sales and cross-functional leaders on reporting tools * Provide reporting to support National, Local, and Category sales on regular and ad-hoc basis Business Operations * Support client-facing sales teams with partner deal insights, and facilitate discussions between Direct Sales and Partner teams * Provide SSP invoices to Finance and ensure billing aligns with internal processes * Collaborate with marketing on sales materials for partner and internal needs, and act as internal programmatic consultant * Work with Product and Activation teams to assess and implement technical requirements for platform integrations and supply enablement Required Qualifications Education * Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience Experience * 3+ years of CTV programmatic sales experience in a revenue-impacting capacity * 3+ years of experience managing a portfolio of demand partners, including SSPs, DSPs, and Retail Media Networks * Hands-on-keyboard experience in an SSP (e.g. Freewheel, Magnite, Index Exchange, PubMatic) Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
