What You 'll Do * Manage and develop an assigned sales territory, generating new customers and maintaining existing accounts. * Conduct face-to-face presentations to residential customers to explain products, services, pricing, and current promotions. * Provide a consultative approach to sales, identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. * Execute outside sales strategies to drive growth and meet daily and weekly goals. * Collaborate with management to improve performance, enhance sales processes, and develop leadership skills. * Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions focused on sales excellence and professional development. * Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times. Qualifications *Bachelor 's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field preferred (not required). * 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic. * Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment. * Must have reliable transportation for local travel within assigned territories.
