Our client, a Japanese Trading / Aircraft Parts company , is now looking for their Vice President - Sales & Operation. LocationEl Segundo, CA Position Vice President - Sales & Operation. Compensation$130-150k plus benefit Hiring SyleFull-time, Direct Hiring Responsibilities: * Proactively develop and expand the Aircraft and Engine parts-out business. * Forecast new business trends for the Aviation industry and implement standardized * Plan, analyze, maintain, and achieve the annual budget for the department under supervision, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals. * Conduct cost analysis for future projects, promoting innovation and continuous improvement of corporate operations. * Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with company strategic goals. * Determine workflow, schedules, and operational procedures to ensure cost efficiency and maximize profitability. * Provide administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and other executives, including but not limited to general administrative tasks, preparing and maintaining accurate records, researching new customers or products and responding to special requests. * Lead, mentor, and develop department staff to enhance performance, ensure knowledge transfer, and strengthen overall team capability. Qualifications: * 8 years or higher related experience is required. * Professional working proficiency level or Japanese language is preferred. * Experience in aircraft and engine parts-out operations * Establish network within the aviation industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * El Segundo, CA 90245 (Required) Work Location: In person
