Duties: * Consult with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs * Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection options * Build long-term relationships through professionalism and trust * Follow proven agency systems to generate new business * Attend weekly trainings, workshops, and personal development sessions * Work independently while receiving full mentorship and support * Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will provide guidance and resources) * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and prospecting for new clients * Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
