Sales Associate - Used Car Dealership We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and outgoing Sales Associate to join our used car dealership team. This role is customer-focused but also hands-on, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy. Job Responsibilities * Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget * Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, and the sales process * Make and receive phone calls with customers and leads * Take customer payments and assist with basic paperwork * Perform light office duties such as filing and organizing documents * Run occasional errands related to dealership operations * Support the team with day-to-day tasks as needed Schedule * Dealership hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Must be available to work Saturdays * Sunday off + one additional day off during the week Pay & Compensation * $18/hour to start * Bonuses available based on performance Qualifications * Sales experience is a plus but not required * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required * Strong communication and people skills * Friendly, motivated, and outgoing attitude * Reliable, organized, and willing to help where needed * Comfortable working with customers in person and over the phone Why Work With Us * Small team, supportive environment * Opportunity to earn bonuses * Hands-on role with variety--no two days are the same If you're personable, dependable, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
